Helpful equipment tip for dog agility.

Never, ever, ever do agility in navy blue slip-on Vans. Just trust me on this one.

I clicked to the blog from my rss reader, thinking there might be a video. I hope you're all right!

Are red ones okay?

Nice sturdy work boots. Floppy red running shoes. Geriatric lady shoes. All these are far better equipment.

No videos. No cameras. What the video would have shown was not really able to run and doing weirdo non Greg Derrett handling and having only one functional knee to do it with.

Kept me on my toes, with one student holding me to all Greg Derrett rules with no room for slippage, then my footwear wonking out my crummy knee (my dirty little secret now exposed!) not allowing consistent handling! But I can walk today.

Duddddeeeee.... you should be wearing shoes with support and ::gasp:: LACES!!!! Gustavo sent me a text message saying he wanted you to keep doing poles with him... and that surgery is NOT in the plan... that takes away from his hot-dog time. Aren't Vans the ones with like, NO TREAD... the kind of tread that makes subway stairs, greasy tar and ice pretty much a guarantee for ankle/knee/toe/face repair or replacement? Do the TSD readers need to chip in and buy you agility sneakers? I can send you a pair of New York City rib off Coach sneakers... they might have been on Project Runway... prolly not. But maybe.

TSD readers just could chip in and get me a professional organizer who helps me remember to bring one of my 18 pairs of agility type sneakers, work boots or geriatric lady shoes when I leave the house in the morning.
