Team Small Dog brings you somewhat out of focus exercises for better focus.

So on Monday nights this month, the plan is I drive up to San Jose and take a class on Focus Drills from Laura Derrett. This is my so called day off, unless I work. Work happens. It did on Monday. It was just one of those days, in a lot of ways. Not the greatest of days.

The point of focus drills is, we do a lot of focusing on whether rotating or not rotating or rotating early or too late or not running right or not to the right place and the whole point is, focus people. Rules! I am doing this with Gustavo because we need all the help we can get so I focus on his focusing and if I focus better then he might focus better and you see where I'm going with this.

Everything was out of focus Monday night. And then the generator, that ran the lights so we could focus, went out. Not a lot of focus in the dark.

It was Ann's generator. She can't fix generators.

And then I don't even know what was happening here. We'll not focus on this moment.

Instead, I offer you these super easy to follow drills that are made up by Laura me who is Laura3 and not any other Laura's but sort of based on another Laura's. Because we decided to focus, this morning, for like 12 minutes on the way to work, which is 4 minutes per dog in Team Small Dog time, but still equals late to work. The topic was to bring into clear focus 180's, pinwheels, and pull thrus. Focusing on good timing and turning at the right time. This one is called sometimes it is a 180 and sometimes it isn't.

This one is called pinwheels and sometimes you go to the poles. I know. Super catchy title. I had 12 minutes, kittens. Including dragging jump around time. You try that sometime.

Revved up like a douche, another loaner in the night.

Ramped up like a pusher on the corner in the night.

They could've taken locution lessons or practiced singing with pebbles in their mouths.

Let's see, we agree on "up" and "in the night", so apparently the message is "up in the night," which means they were suffering from insomnia, which explains their slurring.
